1. Acceptance of terms
This website is provided by MathisGold (hereafter referred to as "MIG").
Accessing this website by registration or browsing or clicking a box that states you agree to these terms,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("TOU").
MIG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this agreement at any time by sending you
an email notification or posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the website following
such notification constitutes your binding acceptance of the changes of this agreement.
2. Registration
To use this software, you will be required to register with a username,
password and additional contact information (hereafter referred to as Registration Data).
You must provide true, accurate and complete information. It is your responsibility
to maintain and update the Registration Data to be true, accurate, complete and current.
If you provide Registration Data that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete and not current,
or MIG has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Registration Data, you provided,
is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or not current, MIG has the right to suspend
or terminate your account.
3. Membership and Cancellation Policy
By signing up for membership plans (monthly or annual), you expressly agree
that we are authorized to charge you the membership fee associated with that membership.
(a) The membership can be canceled at any time.
(b) The membership starts on the date of purchase and will continue until canceled.
(c) To avoid the automatic billing of the next membership fee, you must cancel your membership
before it gets renewed.
(d) Membership shall not be transferred to any third-party nor shall
a third-party be granted access through your registration data.
Membership plans are not prorated which has the following implications:
(a) If a customer cancels the plan, the subscription remains active until
the subscription's period ends and the customer does not receive a refund.
(b) If a customer switches from Monthly plan to Annual plan, the Monthly plan
is canceled and the Annual plan becomes effective right after the expiry of the Monthly plan.
(c) If a customer wants to switch from the Annual plan to the Monthly plan,
the customer must wait until the annual membership is up for renewal.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILBABLE' basis.
MIG expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind,
whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
MIG makes no warranty that the service meets your requirements,
the quality of the service will meet your expectations,
the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free,
any errors in the software will be corrected, and the results obtained
by the use of the software will be reliable or accurate.
No advice or information, oral or written, obtained from the use of
the software shall create any warranty or condition not expressly stated in the agreement.
Downloading any material through the use of the software is done
at your own discretion and risk. You shall be responsible for any
damage to your computer system or loss of data that may result
from the download of such material.
5. Termination
MIG, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate your account if you fail to
comply with the terms outlined in the "TOU". MIG shall not be liable to you or any third
party in case of such termination of access to the software.
